Why Are Discovery Skills and Service so Important?

As a solutions architect, I understand that planning is crucial when it comes to building applications and solutions. Office 365 solutions (SharePoint, OneDrive, and Canvas Applications), require careful thought. Planning helps us understand the client's requirements and develop a solution that meets their needs.

Before we start working on the solutions to workflows and opportunities for your business, we need to have a clear understanding of what the client wants to achieve. This involves asking the right questions and gathering as much information as possible. We need to understand the business processes and identify the areas that need improvement. This information will be used to develop the solution’s functionality and user interface.

Planning also helps us to identify any potential issues that may arise during the development process. We can then come up with a plan to address these issues and ensure that the app is delivered on time and within budget.

Another important aspect of planning is that it helps us to manage expectations. The client may have an idea of what they want the app to do, but it may not be technically feasible or may not align with their budget. By discussing these issues during the planning phase, we can manage expectations and ensure that the client is satisfied with the final product.
